At Risee Studio, every basket is carefully prepared and delivered with the same attention to detail that goes into creating it. At this time, we proudly offer local delivery throughout the Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas, along with a convenient local pickup option.

    Once your basket is ready, we’ll provide your confirmed pickup time and any additional pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving so we can make sure your order is ready for you.

  • Risee Studio currently offers local delivery within Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas up to 50 miles from our pickup location.

    Delivery fees are based on driving distance and will vary depending on the delivery address.

    Delivery fee: 0–5 miles - FREE

    Delivery fee: 6–10 miles - $10

    Delivery fee: 11–20 miles - $18

    Delivery fee: 21–30 miles - $28

    Delivery fee: 31–40 miles - $38

    Delivery fee: 41–50 miles - $48

  • We currently deliver throughout Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas within approximately 50 miles of our designated pickup location. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.

  • Yes. Complimentary pickup is available at our designated pickup location in the plaza in front of 11111-16 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. Your pickup time will be confirmed once your order is ready.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our baskets and arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Because every Risè Studio basket is individually curated and prepared according to your selections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on completed baskets, flowers, or products included in an arrangement.
